Achieve Beyond is a growing national agency focused on serving children with special needs by providing autism services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and other related services. We are currently looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team!

Responsibilites:

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for growing the volume of pediatric therapeutic services by regularly communicating with referral sources, staffing all referrals with the best-fit provider, and ensuring services are authorized to start. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented.

  • Maintain strong relationships with and regularly outreach to referral sources to grow number of referrals.
  • Enter all initial case information into the database and carefully document all case details.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clinical professionals to be constantly aware of availabilities for cases.
  • Assign cases to salaried and independent therapists according to needs of the child and family, therapist and family availabilities, and other relevant factors.
  • Track and document all referrals that are not able to be staffed.
  • Follow up on cases pending authorization.
  • Re-staff cases quickly when necessary to avoid gaps in service.
  • Expected to follow up with office staff and outside Service Coordinators promptly by phone and/or e-mail.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: Early Intervention, healthcare staffing, and/or direct sales experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Must be comfortable speaking with referral sources external to the company
  • Technical Skills:Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with/ability to quickly learn databases

Other Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, and as part of a team

Compensation: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
