Achieve Beyond is a growing national agency focused on serving children with special needs by providing autism services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and other related services. We are currently looking to hire a Records Management Coordinator to join our growing team in our Purchase office.

Job Functions:

The Records Management Department is responsible for working with all departments to ensure that all child files are in order, up to date and all paperwork is filed appropriately. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Front desk responsibilities (greeting and helping visitors as well as covering the main phone line)
  • Handle the sending and distribution of mail.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Ensure all hard copy filing for the EI, CPSE, CSE and private pay programs is up to date.
  • Receive and process all session notes submitted by therapists.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Associates degree.
  • Experience workingin a face paced environment in a related area

Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook a must.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking individual required.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

Compensation $13-$14 per hour
