Achieve Beyond is a growing national agency focused on serving children with special needs by providing autism services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and other related services. We are currently looking to hire a Case Coordinator to join our growing team.

Under the Case Manager's supervision, the Case Coordinator will monitor and coordinate provision of Early Intervention therapeutic services to children with developmental delays. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilites:

  • Maintaining the assigned caseload and conducting follow up on a weekly basis
  • Providing therapists with necessary information and documentation
  • Making sure providers initiate therapy in a timely manner
  • Requesting medical prescriptions for certain types of therapy
  • Requesting and obtaining progress reports in a timely manner
  • Conducting parent surveys
  • Documenting all activities in the activity log
  • Updating database and making sure it contains accurate information
  • Responding to e-mail and phone inquiries from Service Coordinators, therapists, and office staff promptly
  • Maintaining a close professional relationship with Service Coordinators and service providers
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and customized databases
  • Experience in the Early Intervention Program or a similar social service setting preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
