We are an agency that provides therapeutic services to developmentally delayed children within the Early Intervention Program. The Records and NYEIS Administrator will be responsible for processing service change notifications as well as for creating and updating electronic case files.


  • Process electronic service change notifications
  • Post accurate information into Case Manager’s work queue
  • Retrieve documents from a web portal and create digital case files in PDF format
  • Sort documents and file them in appropriate PDF folders under appropriate tabs
  • Update PDF files when new documentation is received
  • Mail subrogation letters to insurance companies
  • Process requests for records
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Accept additional responsibility when necessary (i.e. cover for other staff during vacation time, etc)
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Associate’s Degree preferred
    • Excellent computer skills and ability to operate office equipment (i.e. scanner, printer, copier, etc)
    • Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
