Achieve Beyond is a growing national agency focused on serving children with special needs by providing autism services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and other related services. We are currently looking to hire an Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team in our Forest Hills office.

The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for educating the general public and professionals about the services Achieve Beyond provides. Responsible of creating rapport with outside sources such as pediatricians, daycares, shelters, preventive programs, community programs, Women Infant and Children (WIC), Early Learn programs, Head Start programs, or any location which serves individuals that will benefit from services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for outreaching and targeting assigned areas
  • Visiting a minimum of 10 locations per day and meeting monthly goals
  • Conducting presentations, workshops, attending community meetings, and attending health fairs as they arise
  • Responsible for providing “sign in” sheets on a monthly basis to supervisor
  • Responsible for weekly updates of visits and contact information in an online software
  • Knowledge of Early Intervention (EI) and Committee for Pre School Education (CPSE) preferred
  • Must be organized and able to multitask.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree
    • EI/CPSE experience preferred, but not necessary
    • Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
    • Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as needed, CRM experience preferred but not necessary
