BCBA Educational Assistance Program: Section 127 Plan

Candidates may be BTs, RBTs, or current BCBAs. If other, can apply for consideration.

Achieve Beyond has announced a new BCBA Educational Assistance Program: Section 127 Plan! In this program, the company will sponsor an individual to go to complete their masters and obtain their BCBA/LBA. In exchange, the candidate will sign an agreement that, post degree and certification, they will work for Achieve Beyond in the capacity of a full-time BCBA provider. If have already completed school, Achieve Beyond will review a candidate’s educational information and certification/licensure obtained (if applicable) for school loan repayment.

The applicant must be actively enrolled in a school program, accepted to a school program, or have completed their degree to be considered.
