This workshop will take a look at the basics of behavior, communication as well as reinforcement and discuss strategies that may assist in providing compassionate support during challenging behaviors while maintaining the clients dignity and therapist rapport.
*In order to obtain your certificate of completion you may be asked questions related to the training. In addition to the questions you must be present for the entirety of the training to receive credit.
